Whitelabelling email notifications

Fern sends email notifications to your end users to confirm completion of their transaction and successful receipt of funds. These email notifications include the following information:

  • Customer name

  • Destination account

  • Date and time of the transaction

  • Amount sent

  • Fees

  • Amount to be converted

  • Exchange rate

  • Final amount received

  • Transaction ID

  • Help & support information
