# Whitelabelling Email Notifications

Fern sends email notifications to your end users to confirm completion of their transaction and successful receipt of funds. These email notifications include the following information:

* Customer name
* Destination account
* Date and time of the transaction
* Amount sent
* Fees
* Amount to be converted
* Exchange rate
* Final amount received
* Transaction ID
* Help & support information
